Returns
- All sales are considered final unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

- Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a return or exchange.

Exchanges
- We will gladly replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is no longer available, we will work with you to find a suitable replacement.
Refunds
- Since we operate exclusively on cash on delivery (COD), refunds are processed only in cases where a return has been approved.
- Refunds will be arranged through a method agreed upon with the customer after return verification.
- Refunds may take 7–14 business days to process once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items returned without prior authorization
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as defective, damaged, or incorrect items).
- In cases where the return is accepted, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
